What it does

  • Quiet shutterTwinly suppresses the camera sound where iOS allows it. In Japan and Korea the system shutter sound is mandatory.
  • Background voice memosStart recording, switch apps, the audio keeps writing. The orange microphone dot in the status bar stays visible — iOS makes that non-optional.
  • No server, no SDKEverything is on your phone. No analytics, no upload, no third-party trackers.
  • iPhone XS and newerSimultaneous dual capture needs the A12 chip. Older iPhones get a fast hot-swap capture instead.
